Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Bodrum, our architectural endeavor involved the design of two private residences for two sisters. Confronting the challenges posed by the steep terrain, our primary focus was seamlessly integrating the structures with the natural landscape.
A pivotal aspect of the project was to ensure an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea from every corner of both houses. Responding to this imperative, we adopted an almost linear and single-floored plan typology, strategically placing one residence atop the other. This not only facilitated the creation of discrete, private domains but also ensured an equitable distribution of breathtaking vistas.
Central to our design philosophy was the realization of a minimalist dwelling, elegantly positioned beneath a single, unifying slab—harmonizing the architecture with its natural surroundings.
