The architectural project proposes to create a cinema and a multi-purpose modular room around a common hall and a bar area.
This cultural and artistic centre is intended to be a warm and friendly place, conducive to meetings, creativity, and discovery.
It is characterized by the rehabilitation of an existing stone house dating back to the beginning of the 20th century and therefore of great interest as architectural heritage, as well as a new building structure opening onto both the forecourt and the inner courtyard.
The language of this new volume, with contemporary accents and treated in burnt wood, combining wood and metal structures, will contrast with the rehabilitated stone heritage building.
Sobriety, purity, and contrast constitute the architectural vocabulary of this project, a marker of the entrance to the town and easily identifiable.
The main concern was to ensure that the well-being of users, as well as the modularity of spaces, will be the guarantee in creating a lively and dynamic place.
