This megalith project talks about minerality. Along the Chemin du Moulin à Vent, the stone bases relate the spread of the material through the town, underlining its history.

Their structure is made of stone blocks from the quarries of Beaulieu: the material is locally sourced. This resource ensures the durability of the project through time and into its landscape.

From the public space, using the stone as a material allows emphasizing shades and lights, echoing the material and eternal dimension of dolmens. The project belongs to its land.

Building this kind of public equipment with stone also means underlining the links between a human culture of celebrations and gathering with its telluric context.

Pure through volumes it echoes with a harmony of various materials. Oakwood flooring, set on edge, spreads all over the great room while quartz concrete handles a floor continuity from the outside.
