The consortium Collective for Climate — comprising Atelier Georges, Bond Society, Tatiana Bilbao Estudio and Serie Architects — have designed what will be the first zero-carbon neighborhood in France.
The project is committed to reducing 85% of its total emissions through innovative approaches and aims to go beyond carbon neutrality thanks to the creation of a Carbon Fund.
In the heart of this new and innovative neighborhood, Bond Society realizes 2 different buildings with a total surface of 18,100 sqm.
The first of these two is a cohabitation residential building, with a coffee shop/restaurant on its ground floor, conceived with a wooden structure and a bio-sourced façade.
The second building is an office building conceived to be fully reversible into housing units, with a ground floor comprising a nursery, oriented towards the inner garden. The building is conceived with a wooden structure and structural stone on its façade.
