On one of the few plots still available in Boulogne-Billancourt, an 8-story building of 19 individual dwellings with balcony, terrace or garden has been created.
Two conditions guided the architectural reflection and the design choices: to offer each home an outdoor space and a maximum of light provided by large glass surfaces.
The facade is characterized by its slanted composition which adds a dynamic aspect to the building. This arrangement maximizes the supply of natural light within the accommodation.
The Corian cladding sublimates this building in its context. The artist Daniel Buren imagines an in-situ work in the lobby area on the ground floor, an extension of the facade in Corian —dressed in these famous patterns.
