It is the orientation of the plot, with the forest to the south and the valley to the north, which determined the location of the buildings. The architects freed up the heart of the block to offer a garden with a playground in the continuity of the afforestation and in a gentle relationship with the neighboring block. The 24 housing units (18 free / 6 affordable) are divided into three plots located along the streets.
The low-carbon approach involves several elements, including the construction of semi-buried car parks, the reuse of earthworks and a mixed construction method (concrete floor post and wooden frame facades).
The corridors, spaces for exchanges between the inhabitants, and the terraces, surrounded by slatted railings, allow you to feel both at home and in connection with the natural environment.
