In the representative part of Krakow, there are many houses whose splendor has already passed. In the heart of this district, on a plot of 450 sqm, there was a single-family house from the 1970s.
The challenge was to integrate a modern form into the existing structure, while maintaining as many walls as possible and without disturbing the wall with the neighbor. Large windows, full balconies and a terrace extending beyond the outline of the building were to give the building a contemporary expression.
On the ground floor there is a gym, a cinema room, and a guest room. The high ground floor is an open living space with a dining room and a partially separated kitchen and a study. On the first floor there are two bedrooms of the owners of the house and a spacious wardrobe. From this level, from the master bedroom, there is access to a large terrace overlooking the surrounding park.
