The unevenness of this small bakery enables a strategy through fixed elements or furniture that organize and geometrize the space. The first element is the expansion of the façade that allows the creation of a window to the inside connected with the nationality of the customers. Blue is incorporated in this window in certain details, based on the Portuguese tiles used on the façade. The showcase extends to the inside to show the rest of the elements. The main element is the bread display shelf, which is oriented outwards, and the birch wood and glass counter. The public space, composed of a curved wall that conceals the toilets, is topped with a thin steel bench that interacts with the slight lighting elements. Thus, a bench, a triangular pillar, a perforated panel, a counter and two luminaires, a line, and a circle, organize this small premises with good crumb.
