Working on a “high-altitude plot” represents a total challenge when it comes to fitting a program and a concept against the conditions we encounter. Every line, every texture and every space is meticulously designed to create a unique and tailored living experience.
To adapt the new program, it was decided to maintain the pillar and the exposed concrete beam to give character to the room and for this element to be a visual dividing element of rooms.
This project is a testament to our philosophy: that spaces are not only to be inhabited, but to be lived and enjoyed in their entirety.
Another of the challenges of the project was the storage capacity, which was solved with custom-made carpentry elements, occupying the entire space from side to side so as not to generate wasted spaces and thus giving a touch of color, choosing the tone “green tea ” for the closets, and built-in shelves. In addition, niches with light points have been added to these, to illuminate craft pieces, and rompers with the geometry of the paneling.
Natural light plays a central role, illuminating natural wood surfaces and minimalist finishes that speak of simplicity and elegance. The integration of original structural elements such as concrete pillars brings raw texture and distinctive character to an otherwise smooth and cohesive design.
