The office building features the superposition of 3 programs: a food court, workspaces with loggias, and a sports area on the top floor.
The last level offers great transparency creating a poetic relationship with the sky thanks to its 10m height and its slender wooden frame.
The building offers bright open workplaces close to double-height outdoor spaces. These tree-lined loggias are spread over all levels and open the architecture to its environment.
The facade of the building echoes the industrial past of the City of Saint-Ouen through the generous proportions of its bay windows. Its architecture is made up of a wood structure, enameled terracotta façades, and metal sun breezes, coupled with outside vertical circulations.
The structure is divided into two parts: - A low-carbon concrete infrastructure where naturally lit car parks have been designed to be reversible and allow the extension of ground floor programs in the future. - A superstructure made up of a post-beam system in visible solid wood with low carbon concrete floors prefabricated.
The top floor accommodates a sports area and features a wooden frame composed of ladder beams to complete the building’s cap with finesse.
