Julião Pinto Leite (Porto, 1983) received his Graduation in Architecture from Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto, in 2007, completing with an Academic Internship at Serôdio Furtado & Associados.Between 2008 and 2009, Julião worked as an architect at Allies and Morrison in London, UK. In 2010, he joined the José Carlos Cruz office where he collaborated as an Architect and Project Leader until 2018 in projects such as the EDP Headquarters, Hotel Vinci and the Panorama Multi-Family Housing.In 2018, Julião was invited to be a Partner at OODA, where he has been developing projects like ‘Hoso’, a Student Residence in Porto, and the ‘Tower 15’ in Leça da Palmeira. He is frequently invited to participate in architecture conferences and lectures.OODA was founded in 2010 in Porto on the initiative of Diogo Brito and Rodrigo Vilas-Boas. From their international experiences in various cultural and environmental contexts, respectively in London and Rotterdam, the collective was born. Francisco Lencastre joins in 2011, and in 2018 João Jesus and Julião Pinto Leite expand the company structure to five partners. Both local and global, OODA aims to promote regional architecture abroad as well as international ideas in Portugal.
