Flavian is an Italian architect and entrepreneur born in Benevento in 1985. He earned his degree in Architecture at the University "Valle Giulia" in Rome. In 2016, he founded OFFTEC S.R.L., a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm with offices in Benevento, Milan, and Catania.Driven by a clear vision for sustainable innovation, Basile has led OFFTEC in delivering over 300 architectural and engineering projects, with a total construction value nearing €1 billion. His leadership combines strategic thinking, collaborative team building, and a strong commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.OFFTEC is recognized for its integrated design approach, which merges ESG-oriented principles with advanced BIM technologies.
