Alexis is a French architect. After finishing his studies at the École Nationale Supérieure d'architecture de Nantes in 2011, he worked for about ten years in different agencies, including eight years with the Guervilly-Mauffret agency.Enriched by these experiences and a personal self build project, the agency was set up in 2018 and, following an overseas interlude in the Indian Ocean, moved to Brest, French Brittany in 2022.The continuity of the relationships forged in the professional sphere has fostered the emergence of solid, efficient collaborations, notably with Jean-François Madec Architecte. The agency's work covers all scales of project, from public to private commissions, in both urban and rural environments. The projects under study are varied, but are developed with the same requirements in mind: sobriety, low-carbon construction, the nobility and durability of materials, and respect for the site and the territory. Trying to build with as little as possible, maximising use and transforming what already exists!
